All About Japan is the website of the Japan National Tourist Organization. It is well worth checking out.

Japan Guide offers about 200 pages with illustrated, general information about most aspects of modern and traditional Japan.
Japanese Writing If you have any interest in Japanese writing, we think you will find this site exciting. It is a great tutorial for learning the basics about the Japanese language(s) and the fundamentals of brushwriting.
Asahi Newspaper This is our favorite newspaper for keeping abreast of what is happening in Japan.
Okinawa.com is the ultimate Okinawa site and well worth checking out.
Teaching (and Learning) About Japan is a comprehensive site and good reference for all things Japanese.
Useful Tourist Information is a good place to look if you are planning a trip to Japan and to use as a guide while visiting there. It includes a toll-free number for tourist information and other basic information that is invaluable.
